Easy to follow instructions to set up a "mild or"hot" Yoni Steam at home

WHAT IS A MILD STEAM?

A mild steam simply means there is no active heat source beneath you during your steam. The three main scenarios where mild steaming is suggested are if you have a short cycle, if you have an IUD, or if are heat sensitive. 

Mild steams are also typically shorter than "hot" steams, 10-15 minutes vs. the maximum duration of 30 minutes.

The tools needed for a mild steam are considerably less, all that is required really is a sizeable bowl and your herbs. 

Mild steaming provides the same benefits as hot, and is just as enjoyable.

MAKE A TEA FOR YOUR V

Put the kettle on or stove top boil 6 cups of water. Add 3 tbsp of Sacral Steam herbs to a glass bowl, or stainless steel pot 
just as if you were making a tea. 
Suitable materials to steam out of are glass, stainless steel or ceramic.
Please do NOT steam out of plastic!

STEEP FOR 3-5 MINUTES (COVERED IF POSSIBLE)

If you have a Yoni Throne or Shortie (stool), now is the time to place it over your bowl of herbs, sit and relax. To hold the heat and steam in around your body longer, use blankets and towels to stay cozy. 
If you don't have a stool, carefully kneel with your bowl of herbs between your legs. I suggest having a couch or chair in front of you to forward on. Again, wrap your midsection and legs with a blanket to hold the steam, and enjoy!
