HOW TO BOOK A STEAM CIRCLE
Gather your group and select a date (see available dates below). The minimum number of participants for a circle is 4, with a maximum of 8.
Please send a non-refundable deposit of $50 to sacralsteam@gmail.com to secure your group's date. In the body of the email please provide me with the email of each participant.
I will send out a Sacral Steam intake form to each participant privately, and ask that it be kindly returned to me completed 3 days prior to your ceremony. **Please include if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies. If you have steamed with me before, please only return an intake form if something has changed, or anything extra you think I should be made aware of regarding your ability to steam.

Trying to group women who aren’t cycling together can be tricky, so instead of putting pressure on this please be assured there is much to be enjoyed at a Steam Circle even if you aren’t steaming. There is no prior knowledge required of anything mentioned here, even better if it’s all new!
